We offer flexible work hours, with regular check-ins and project milestones. The time commitment may vary depending on the needs of each project.
Revenue shares are distributed monthly, with additional performance-based bonuses tied to department growth.
Our remote team relies on top-tier project management and communication tools to stay connected, organized, and efficient.
If you’re selected to lead marketing and growth for a project and agree to a 5% share, this means you hold a 5% stake in the revenue generated by that particular company. If you’re involved with multiple companies, you’ll earn a percentage from each, based on the agreed-upon share for each project.
These are new ventures—freshly created eCommerce projects. When you’re assigned to a company, you’ll be one of its pioneers, and that’s why you’re given a shareholder role in the company.
You will retain your share as long as you continue fulfilling your role. If you wish, you may transfer or sell your share to someone who can take on the role, with approval from the company’s board.
