3.4 Our services operate on a pay-per-service or pay-per-platform model. For example, if you request a website for your consultancy and later need an online store on the same site, each service will be billed separately. While both services will use the same domain, the distinct plugins, content, and processes involved incur additional costs. The overall cost will be lower since we will use your existing domain and server. However, if a new domain is required for any additional services, you will be charged the full amount. 4. Updates

4.1 Updates involve adding or removing media elements such as images, text, videos, banners, and other content from an existing website, application, or portal.

4.2 A fee is required for modifications or additions to your website, application, or portal. The cost will vary based on the specific changes or updates requested.

4.3 Payment is required before we implement any updates to your existing website, application, or portal.

5. Return Policy

5.1 We do not offer a return policy for our services. Once payment is received—whether in full or in part—we immediately begin processing tasks such as domain registration, server payment, and the acquisition of necessary software and plugins. Due to the nature of these services, which are non-returnable, we cannot offer refunds.

6. Payment

6.1 Payment for our services refers to the monetary compensation provided by the customer.

6.2 Upon receipt of your payment, we will initiate the registration of your domain, server, and SSL, and acquire the necessary software and plugins.

6.3 Our payment process begins once these steps are completed. If you fail to settle the outstanding balance and thus prevent us from granting full access to your website, application, or portal, or if your payment plan expires on the due date, we will not be liable for any consequences or offer refunds.

6.4 For any payment issues, please contact the relevant payment gateway directly. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Pricing

7.1 Pricing refers to the assignment of a monetary value to each service or package we offer.

7.2 The cost of our services varies based on the specific digital solution required, such as a website, application, portal, database, or platform.

7.3 Pricing for the initial year may differ from subsequent years due to fluctuations. Factors such as exchange rates, changes in partner pricing, and software costs can affect these variations.

7.4 Each package is priced according to its specific offerings. For example, a hotel booking website package includes the design and development of a hotel booking website and a progressive web app. Any requests for additional services beyond those specified in the package will incur extra charges.

8. Progressive Web App (PWA)

8.1 Websites developed through our services include a Progressive Web App (PWA) feature, which enhances user experience by providing seamless interaction.

8.2 A Progressive Web App differs from native Android and iOS applications. It allows users to install an icon on their home screen for direct access to the website, eliminating the need to manually enter the URL. This approach offers a cost-effective solution for startups.
